\u2022 Mr. Afzal Cheddy, P.E Educator
\u2022 Supporting staff of Mauritius Sports Council<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An Ice Box and Sports Equipment were offered to the college by the Mauritius Sports Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The objectives of the talks are to make the participants aware of the benefits of Sports, proper physical activities and a good nutrition for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Resource persons proceeded with the talks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Importance of Physical Activities <\/em><\/strong>presented by Dr. Bernard Baptiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Good Nutrition <\/em><\/strong>was presented by Mr. Conrad Thomas<\/p>\n\n\n\n 50 participants attended the talk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yoplait\/Candia Pamphlets and Keyrings were distributed to all students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A quiz was held with questions related to the talks on Sports Medicine at the end of the programme.
