The objectives of the talks are to make the Senior Citizens aware of the benefits of Sports, proper physical activities and a good nutrition for maintaining a healthy life style.\u00a0\u00a0Flyers on sensitization program were offered to all participants.\u00a0The Resource Person proceeded with the talks as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Good nutrition and the Importance of Physical Activities\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>presented by Mr. Michel Chang Kye, Physiotherapist, Chairman \/ Paramedical Committee of the Mauritius Sports Council.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 80 participants attended the talks.\u00a0A quiz was held with questions related to the talks on Sports Medicine at the end of the programme and five participants\u00a0answered correctly the questions.
