Management Seminar for Presidents and Secretaries of National Sports Federations was held on Thursday 27 April 2006 at the Lecture Theatre of the IVTB House at Phoenix from 09h00 to 15h45. 35 participants representing 23 sports organisations attended the Seminar.
 
The following themes were delivered by resource persons from different professional backgrounds:
